Among the most spectacular ski districts in the Ossola Valley ski area, Belvedere and Monte Moro di Macugnaga-Monte Rosa, in the Anzasca Valley, offer slopes immersed in an extraordinary natural environment.
Belvedere can be reached from Pecetto di Macugnaga via two chairlifts that serve over 10 kilometres of pistes, both snow-covered and artificial, ensuring that the slopes can be used throughout the winter.
The first chairlift allows access to the Alpe Burki pistes, which are suitable for both expert skiers and beginners, while the second section of the ski area leads to Belvedere, located at over 1900 m of altitude, literally at the foot of the Monte Rosa glacier: starting from the resort, you can follow three challenging, spectacular tracks.
At the starting point of the first chairlift, there is a convenient traveletor that allows beginners and children to take their first steps on skis in complete safety.
