Domobianca 365 offers endless opportunities for mountain bikers, ranging from cycle touring to adrenaline-fuelled downhill routes.
There is a close link between Domodossola and Alpe Lusentino: riding your mountain bike, you can pedal from the streets of Domodossola’s historic centre and reach Domobianca 365 in just a few minutes thanks to routes with different difficulty levels surrounded by beautiful beech forests.
Riding an e-bike, anyone, with enough effort, can complete this classic ascent from the Ossola capital to the 1,000-metre high mountain pasture.
Once visitors reach the top, a modern tourist resort, open 365 days a year, is ready to welcome bikers. Domobianca 365 is increasingly focusing on the summer season and, from 2021, the “Domobianca Bikepark” will be operational, created along the slopes of the first two chairlifts with routes of medium/easy difficulty. Other bike parks will be added in 2022, with the goal of expanding the range of sites and competing with the best bike parks in the Alps, partly thanks to the specific layout of Alpe Lusentino, which is ideal for this sport.
Other high-altitude facilities include a rental station, a very active mountain bike school with expert guides and a shuttle service departing from Domodossola that allows you to enjoy an effortless descent down the trails from Alpe Lusentino to the valley floor.
Domobianca 365 is also the ideal starting point for spectacular cycling trips: thanks to its central location, the mountain pasture is connected to the towns of Domodossola, Villadossola, Bognanco and Montescheno via natural trails in a magnificent natural setting.
